Vaughn R Cook, OMD
President & CEO, ZYTO Corp.
Vaughn R Cook, OMD is the founder of ZYTO Corporation. Dr. Cook worked in complementary and alternative medicine for over 20 years. During his time in the field, he traveled across the world teaching about biofeedback applications, which integrate western and eastern medicine. He also developed two computer-based systems, including the LSA system, used by health professionals around the world.
Throughout his medical career, Dr. Cook owned and operated health care facilities specializing in holistic health. With his clinical background, he developed equipment with the mindset of a health care professional. The combination of his health and business backgrounds resulted in the development of technology that is clinically effective and financially practical.
Duane Davis
ZYTO Master Distributor
Davis joined the ZYTO team in January 2005. Prior to joining ZYTO, Davis had an extensive working with relationship with ZYTO’s founder, Dr. Vaughn R Cook. Through their experiences together, Davis saw that Dr. Cook’s company was pushing the envelope and discovering real and effective health solutions. As a result, he knew that Dr. Cook understood the principles of energy medicine, and he joined ZYTO to continue the quest of uncovering answers to significant health questions.
Davis brings ZYTO over a decades worth of work in alternative medicine. Since 1998, he has taught and educated practitioners in the use and success of energetic technologies. From 1998 to 2003, Davis held various positions at BioMeridian Corporation including President, General Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Before his time at BioMeridian, Davis was the President of Davcor and he worked with its subsidiaries: Affiliated Metals, Affiliated Industrial Products, Aerofast Industrial Products where he was president, Leasco, Superior Building Products, Property Enterprises, and Davis Construction.
Goodwin Wang
Goodwin Wang, a Chinese native, is a senior strategic advisor in human capital and foreign investment for the Shanghai government. During the 1990s and early 2000s, prior to his work for the government, Wang established SES Investment and worked at Ward Howell, Shanghai, and assisted Fortune 500 companies in expanding to China.
In 1992, Wang joined Master Technology Corp, a Canadian manufacturer and distributor of telecommunication equipment. He expanded the company into China. As head of the greater China region, Wang’s broad scope of responsibilities covered sourcing and negotiation of joint ventures, establishment of organizational structures and management of subsidiary operations in China.
Before moving back to China, Wang immigrated to Vancouver, Canada, where he joined Sino-Cad Circuits (Canada) Ltd, a multi-layer circuit board manufacturer in a business development capacity.
He began his career at TNT Inc. as an engineering consultant in the electronics component manufacturing industry. Wang completed his first degree in aircraft design and manufacturing, before departing for the United States, where he obtained his maters degree in computer science from Arizona State University, and completed supplemental education at Harvard University and New York University.
