Our biocommunication solutions aren't something we sell and leave you high and dry to figure out on your own. With the purchase of any system, ZYTO charges a nominal monthly subscription fee of $50 that provides you with unlimited support and training.
This monthly subscription service includes online and in person training, lifetime upgrades and support, after hours online training resources, after hours technical support, ZYTO.com membership so you can manage your license and offer remote scanning services, and free admission to ZYTO's annual conference.
LIFETIME UPGRADES & WARRANTY
Let's face it, technology is ever improving and newer and better versions are bound to come along. With ZYTO's monthly subscription fee you are guaranteed free upgrades of your Balance software for the lifetime of your license. So no more paying for the current version just to have a new version released and pay the same price again!
In addition, all products are warranted to conform to the applicable specifications for a period of one year for all ZYTO branded electronic components and one year for all ZYTO branded mechanical parts from the date of shipment. But the real good news is this warranty extends in 30 day increments as long as your subscription remains active.

ZYTO continually works to update your software, keeping it current with the computer industry in general.
With the advancements ZYTO has made over the last few years, Windows XP has become a platform that lacks the power and flexibility we require. For this reason we will stop supporting computers with Windows XP as of March 1, 2013.
We recommend that all ZYTO users upgrade to a more current version of Windows operating system.
