What is Insights Pro?
ZYTO Insights Pro is a powerful new Web-based application that provides personalized wellness information based on biometric feedback. The information from an Insights scan helps wellness professionals and their clients make better decisions to improve quality of life. To learn more, visit the Insights Pro Product page.

Is ZYTO Insights a diagnostic device?
No, ZYTO Insights provides general wellness information and is not intended to be used in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or mitigation of any disease or medical condition.

The ZYTO Insights Web App

To subscribe, visit the Insights Pro page and select Subscribe Now. If you already signed up for a free account under a wellness professional, you can also easily upgrade to Insights Pro from your current Insights Account.

  • In the Main Menu, select My Plan.
  • Select the Subscribe button under ZYTO Insights Pro.
  • Follow the sign-up process.

An Insights Pro subscription is $39.97 per month. Other scan programs can be added for an additional fee.

Placing a value on the scan is a good idea, even if you waive the fee as a service to your clients.

As far as what to charge, it depends on the user and the circumstance. A distributor may want to charge $15 for a scan and then credit that amount toward the purchase of products. A licensed practitioner may want to charge more if they’re using it as part of their clinic offering.

Yes. An Insights Pro account subscription includes the Adaptability Index program, which scans for key biomarkers and products in your chosen product line.

Yes. An Insights Pro account subscription includes the Adaptability Index program, which can scan for wellness services along with key biomarkers and products in your chosen product line.

Currently, Young Living and doTERRA product lines are available for scanning in the ZYTO Insights Pro Adaptability Index scan. New product lines will be added in the coming months.

The Web app is accessible with an active Internet connection and any device using one of the following Web browsers:

  • Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge (Windows OS only), Opera (Windows OS only), or Android browser (except for Samsung browser in Dark mode)
    *If you are using iOS (Apple):
    – Be sure all other media programs are closed before using Insights. 
    – AirPods & AirPods Pro do not work with Insights. If you have been using AirPods, be sure to disconnect them (in Settings > Bluetooth) from your device before using Insights. 
    – Wireless/Bluetooth microphones other than AirPods may also not work. Please let us know if you encounter any problems.

Yes, you may log into as many devices as you’d like.

No, you will need an active Internet connection to use the app.

Recording in a relatively quiet environment with minimal background noise is recommended. The mic on your phone or other device is designed to filter out some background noise, so the environment does not need to be perfectly quiet. If you are concerned about the background noise level, using a microphone will help isolate the person talking.  If one or more random, loud noises occur during the recording, you may want to re-record.

The voice analysis and tactile response creates what is called a Spark, and the Spark is stored in the client’s account for 24 hours. Any new scan done within 24 hours will use the stored Spark. However, because the body’s energy changes rapidly, any new scan done after the 24-hour period will require new voice and tactile input; a new Spark.

The Hand Cradle cannot be used with ZYTO Insights. No hardware is required for the Insights scan.

ZYTO Insights responses are based on a client’s unique, real-time biometric information. The way we gather this information is 100% reliable and accurate, as is the information gathered in relation to the client’s uniquely generated Spark. Therefore, you can trust that the scan data is also 100% reliable and accurate.

Since energy moves and fluctuates so quickly, you are likely to see differences in the individual data points if you repeat a ZYTO Insights scan every 24 hours (once the Spark expires). To learn more, refer to the Duplication page.

We recommend waiting 2-4 weeks before scanning a client again. This allows enough time for the product/food recommendations to impact the physical chemistry of the body. Essential oils may be scanned more frequently than this, as they are more energetic in nature and can change the body’s chemistry more quickly. However, the general recommendation is 2-4 weeks, especially if you are scanning supplements or foods.

No, Insights Pro is a Web-based app. It cannot be downloaded, but is instead accessed via a computer, tablet, or mobile Web browser at insights.zyto.com.

You can easily create a shortcut to the Insights app on your desktop or mobile device for easy access.

1. Open a Web browser and go to insights.zyto.com.
2. Resize your Web browser so you can see your browser and the desktop on the same screen.
3. Left-click the Lock icon located to the left of the Web address bar.
4. Continue to hold down the mouse button and drag the icon to your desktop.

1. Open the phone’s Web browser and go to insights.zyto.com.
2. Select the 3-dot icon at the top right of the screen.
3. Select Add to desktop.
4. Name the shortcut and select Add.

Note: This is the process for adding a shortcut using the Chrome mobile Web browser. The process may vary if you are using a different mobile browser.

1. Open the Web browser on your phone and go to insights.zyto.com.
2. Tap the middle icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select the icon with a + sign that reads Add to Home Screen.
4. Name the shortcut and select Add.

Your zyto insights pro monthly subscription

Begin by verifying that you’ve input the correct email address for your Insights Pro account. If you can’t remember your password, click the “Don’t remember your password?” link found on the Web-app login page. After verifying your account email address, a system email will be sent to you with instructions. If you’re still unable to login, please contact our account services team.

Yes. When your paid subscription expires, you will still have access to the basic Insights account which includes the following free features:
• View past reports, sessions, and activity at any time
• Access a free Basic Foods scan that can be run periodically
• Scan remotely at any time with a link issued by your wellness professional
• Subscribe to additional programs for personal or professional use

You can resubscribe to Insights Pro at any time by selecting My Plan in the Main Menu and then selecting the Resubscribe button below “ZYTO Insights Pro”.

To update your credit card information:
1. Log in to insights.zyto.com.
2. In the Main Menu, select My Plan.
3. Select the Credit Card tab and update your information.
4. Select Save.

To view your renewal subscription date:
1. Log in to insights.zyto.com.
2. In the Main Menu, select My Plan.
3. Select the Payments tab.
4. View the Next Payment date for your subscription.

Yes, you can add the Advanced Foods scan for your own personal use, or the Advanced Foods Pro scan for unlimited scanning on all your clients. 

To subscribe to additional scan products:
1. Log in to insights.zyto.com.
2. In the Main Menu, select My Plan.
3.
Select the Subscribe button below the available product you would like to add.

You can unsubscribe from Insights Pro at any time.
To unsubscribe:
1. Log in to insights.zyto.com.
2. In the Main Menu, select My Plan.
3. Select the 3 small buttons next to ZYTO Insights Pro.
4. Select the Unsubscribe button.
Note: Your subscription will not be pro-rated when you unsubscribe. It will remain active until your renewal date.

Each of your new clients will create a free ZYTO Insights account and will have access to the scans as you authorize them as well as the Basic Foods scan, which they can run twice a month. (You will also have access to this scan for personal use.) The client may also add children to their account and scan them twice per month (limit 10 total scans per month per free account).

Each of your clients can upgrade from the free Basic Foods scan to the Advance Foods scan, which they can run twice a month. (You may also add it to your Pro account for personal use.) The client may also add children to their account and scan them twice per month (limit 10 total scans per month per free account).

The Advanced Foods Pro scan can be run on any of your clients at any time, either locally or by sending them a remote, unassisted scan invitation from the Insights Pro app.

The Adaptability Index scan can be run on any of your clients at any time, either locally or by sending them a remote, unassisted scan invitation from the Insights Pro app.

To email a report to a client:
1. On any report, simply select the Link Icon at the top right of the screen.
2. A pop-up screen will appear allowing you to copy the report link or send it via email to up to 5 people.
3. Enter the email address(es) you want to send the report to.
4. Select Send.

Clients can add any number of Child Profiles to their free Insights account. You may send unassisted remote scanning invitations to these children in addition to your client. (You may also add Child Profiles to your professional account.)
To add a Child Profile to your account:
1. Log in to insights.zyto.com.
2. In the Main Menu, select My Profile.
3. Select the Child Profiles tab.
4. Select the + button.
5. Fill out the Child’s profile information and select Next.
6. Add an optional picture and Save, or select Skip.

ZYTO Insights Pro Reports

The Adaptability Index report is generated from the Adaptability Index scan, which is included in the Insights Pro subscription. The report provides information about the client’s overall ability to adapt to wellness challenges. Products selected in this report will change the client’s overall Adaptability Index score.

The goal is to select the products that will have the biggest impact on the 3 areas of the Adaptability Index, as well as the overall Adaptability Index score. You may also want to select products based on what you know about the client including information gathered from the pre-scan survey. Visit the Understanding the Adaptability Index page to learn more about interpreting the Adaptability Index Report.

Virtual Items in each of the ZYTO Wellness Triad categories are scanned in the Adaptability Index: Functional, Energetic, and Emotional. Several secondary biomarkers in each of these categories are also scanned. Virtual Items from your product line and wellness services, if selected, are also scanned and given an Adaptability Index score.

No, the Adaptability Index scan does not measure whether specific biomarkers are out of range. Instead, it measures the body’s overall ability to adapt to stressors that come along. Products are scanned and given a score based on their ability to improve the body’s baseline adaptability, which can have a positive impact on overall well-being.

Each number is an outcome ratio score, or oR score, for that particular item. Outcome ratios range from 1 to 100 and are shown as a percentage. Items with higher oR scores are effective at moving the Adaptability Index and indicate higher desirability.

No. Specific questions may filter the report results displayed, but they do not directly impact the product scores.

To add a product ordering page link to your Shopping List reports:
1. Log in to insights.zyto.com
2. In the Main Menu, select Settings.
3. Select the Edit Icon under Order Products Link.
4. Enter the link and select Save.

The ZYTO Insights Pro Referral Program

How does the Insights Pro referral program work?
The Insights Pro referral program rewards you with free subscription coupons that are applied directly to your account subscription. A referral coupon is earned when a client purchases Insights Pro or you add a certain number of remote clients each month. To learn more about referrals, visit the Insights Pro referral page.

How much can I earn with referrals?
You’ll earn a 1-month subscription coupon for each client who upgrades to Insights Pro, and a 1-month subscription coupon for each month you add at least 16 new remote clients. To learn more about referrals, visit the Insights Pro referral page.

Can I pay for my other add-on product subscriptions with my referral credit?
No, referral coupons can only be used on the ZYTO Insights Pro account subscription.

Where can I view my account credits?
To view more details about your account credits:
1. Log into insights.zyto.com.
2. In the Main Menu, select My Plan.
3. Select the Credits tab.
