Software Download

Download the ZYTO 5.0 software (Compass 5.0, Balance, Select, Elite, or EVOX) or ZYTO Compass software and follow the prompts to install.

A few things to remember:

  1. The software is compatible with Windows 7, 8, or 10 operating systems.
  2. You are granted one software license per ZYTO system purchased.
  3. You may install the software on no more than two computers. However, the license can be active on only one computer at a time.
  4. ZYTO is not responsible for the inevitable loss of client and session data due to improper license use.
  5. To maintain an active license, you are required to sync the software at least once every thirty (30) days. Simply launch the software with an Internet connection to initiate a sync. Client, session, and library data is encrypted and backed up to a secure server and the software is automatically updated if updates are available.

Update uninstall/install help

1.  If you have updated your software and it has uninstalled but not re-installed, please finish the installation using the appropriate link below.

2.  If the installation fails again, install the .NET framework separately using this link – https://cdn.zyto.com/resources/net451installer.exe

3.  Once the framework is installed, finish your software installation using the appropriate link below.

Note: You may experience issues when trying to run ZYTO software on a network drive. For best results, we recommend running the software on a local drive.

*Microsoft support and updates for Windows 7 ended on January 14, 2020. ZYTO software may or may not work in Windows 7, and we will be unable to provide technical support for systems running Windows 7. For further details, click here.
